Returns Policy

Please email within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like to request a refund.  Customised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Customers will need to pay for return postage and is responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

Earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, sometimes breakages occur.  If this happens within 3 months of purchasing we offer a free repairing service.  Any time after 4 months we are still happy to mend for small fee plus postage costs.
