All items are created to order and handmade by me, Bertie in East London, UK

In busy times your order may take up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped out.

I use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked service which should take 2-3 days to deliver. Covid is still sometimes affecting this service though. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please get in touch and I will investigate.
